I've been exactly where you are...

Hi I’m Michala 

I know firsthand the effects of postnatal depletion. Leaving the doctors office when my first daughter was just over 12months old with extreme exhaustion and living in survival mode yet everything was ‘normal’.

Being a Naturopath I knew there had to be more to the story...and I couldn't keep going the way I was.

When I came across ‘postnatal depletion’ everything clicked for me.

➡️ The constant feeling of being on edge, overly protective and anxious was my nervous system severely lacking support.
